Opening in Fall!

“We live in the shelter of each other.” - Dr. Sue Johnson

Approached from an integrative and inclusive lens, I draw from the principles of Contemplative Psychotherapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), weaving together mindfulness, embodied awareness, and emotional attunement to promote healing and growth. Individuals within relationships are invited to cultivate present-moment awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, fostering a deeper understanding of themselves and each other. Through somatic practices partners learn to identify and release physical tensions and patterns of reactivity, creating a foundation for emotional regulation and relational attunement. Drawing from EFT, therapists guide couples to explore their emotional bonds and interaction patterns, helping them to identify and transform negative cycles into more secure and satisfying connections. Slowly couple can begin to cultivate a compassionate and embodied presence that supports deeper intimacy, effective communication, and mutual understanding. This holistic approach fosters resilience and growth within the relationship, empowering couples to navigate challenges with greater wisdom and connection.
